SAD: ABU QS Student Kills Self A Year After Elder Brother Did Same

Information reaching Gobroadsheet revealed that, a 200-Level student of Quantity Survey department, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Samuel Iyanuohere Felabita, has allegedly committed suicide.
A report by New Nigerian Newspapers online said, the young man died after consuming acidic substance just like his elder brother did sometime in 2018.
There were no details about the rationale behind his action as he did not leave behind any suicide note.
But, NNN reports that, the late Samuel consumed the acidic substance on Saturday, May 18, before reaching his home at Palladan in Sabon Gari Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Late Samuel was said to have entered his family house with his mouth fuming, attracting his parents who rushed him to a hospital but died before reaching there.
Further finding shows that, Iyanu, as fondly called by his friends and customers, was a tailor at Randan Kano Market until his death.
NNN reports that, he had been telling his close associates that, he would soon comit suicide many times without number.
The Palladan community expressed shock over the action of Iyanu as his elder brother committed suicide last year by taking acidic substance just like he did.
Many were left with questions unanswered whether the family has mental illness or under a spell.
Attempts to get the family of the late Samuel could not be established as the house remained close despite series of visitors.
Within two years, the family has lost two grown up sons in this manner. Their father is a retired NEPA staff, Yoruba by tribe.
Meanwhile the remains of late Samuel Iyanuohere Felabita had been buried immediately he was confirmed dead on the same Saturday.
