Makarfi, Gumi, Others Commiserate With Dingyadi Over Brother’s Death – GOB

A Senior Special Assistant to Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto State, Yusuf Abubakar Dingyadi, has lost his elder brother Malam Aliyu Abubakar (Aliyu Kolfa) after a protracted illness.

Aliyu Kolfa who until his death was the manager Marketing Yar’Yaya Motors, Kaduna, died at the Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, Kaduna, and was buried on Thursday by Islamic burial rites.

His funeral prayers were conducted by Sheikh Ahmed Gummi at Late Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gummi’s residence.

The self-styled entrepreneur was born in 1966 and married with four children.

Some of the prominent people that attended the late Aliyu Kolfa’s funeral prayers at Late Shiekh Abubakar Mahmud Gummi’s residence include a former governor of Kaduna State and PDP national leader, Senator Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi, Sheikh Ahmed Gummi, Sheikh Yusuf Sambo Rigachikun.

Others are Professor Mansur Sokoto, Brigadier General Abdul’azeez Abubakar Gummi, Hon Engr Suleiman Gummi (NASS) and many respected Islamic scholars, the business community, politicians, journalists and civil servants from all walks of life.
