Arewa Online Publishers visit, condole with Sen Sani over mother’s demise

Online Newspapers Publishers in Northern Nigeria under the auspices of Arewa Online Publishers, Sunday paid a condolence visit to Senator representing Kaduna Central in the Nigerian Senate, Shehu Sani over the death of his 75-year-old mother, Hajia Fatimah Abubakar Sani.

The Forum also in a statement signed by Mordecai Ibrahim, Imrana Abdullahi and Dominic Uzu, the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Secretary respectively, said the news of the death of beloved mother of the lawmaker came to its members as a rude shock.

The statement read in part, “while we empathize with you, feeling the deep pains of her demise at a time you surely needed her and all the counsels and support she was used to giving you, we are however consoled by the fact that she lived a fulfilled life having raised you an Apostle with a genuine tender heart of true love to represent the masses, the helpless and voiceless.”

They however pray that Almighty God will gave the Senator and other family members of the departed soul the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

“We pray that the Almighty God shall grant you the fortitude to bear the loss and that she be granted eternal rest.

“Please accept our condolence.”

She is survived by five children including Senator Shehu Sani and 20 grand children.
