The Doctor according to reports upon attended to the woman had pronounced the foetus dead which the woman declined because she could felt its movement in her womb.
While this argument was going on between the Doctor and his patient, the baby’s left hand protruded which made the Doctor further convinced that the baby was dead and went ahead and amputated the hand. But he ran away when he noticed the baby was alive after the damage has been done.
However, Senior Special Adviser (New Media) to Governor Atiku Bagudu said, her principal took action immediately after viewing the disturbing pictures and visual chat with a man claimed to be relative of the child in question.
