During the past years organized crimes such as terrorism, armed robbery, car theft and snatching, cattle rustling, Sara-suka or yan-shara a group of miscreants, black spots and criminal hideouts where illicit drugs are sold and consumed and the lawlessness that has bedeviled the society with the crime rates always on the increase and many citizens innocently lost their lives due to lack of good governance.
