Ballama takes over from Momoh as NYSC Coordinator, Kaduna

Following the transfer of Prince Muhammed Momoh to Lagos as the new Coordinator of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in that state, Alhaji Bello Ballama now takes over as the Coordinator in Kaduna State.
Momoh, who was transferred from Kaduna to Lagos after spending about 15 months in Kaduna had successfully handed over to his successor who came from Zamfara State on Tuesday 10th January 2016 at scheme’s secretariat, Ungwan Rimi Kaduna Northwest Nigeria.
Prince as fundly called by his associates, had left his foot print on the sand of time following his achievements within his leadership period in the state. Apart from his duty, he has used his goodwill to attract sympathy and concern from high network individuals including the state givernment to move the scheme forward.
However, the incoming number one corps member sought healthy collaboration with the staff of the scheme to enable him build on legacies of his predecessors.
The event according to the Head, Public Relations Office of NYSC in Kaduna, Sam Nkwopara was a “moment to remember today, Tuesday (10th January, 2017), as the headship of the NYSC Kaduna state changed hands.
“Prince Mohammed Momoh, handed over the mantle of leadership to Alhaji Bello Ballama, the immediate past coordinator of NYSC, Zamfara state. Prince Mohammed in the same vein moves over to Lagos state as the new coordinator”, he said.
He then reiterated the commitment of the scheme to support the government efforts to move the nation forward and always strive to train young Nigerian graduates to become self-reliant through Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurial Development programme so they can be better citizens.
