Group under the auspices of Moro’a Youths For Change in Kaura local government area of Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria, have condemned the youth protest in Kafanchan that resulted to the civil unrest witnessed recently in the area.
The group issued the condemnation in a statement signed by its President, Mr Hosea Musa and made available to journalists on Thursday.

The Statement howeverbapplauded the undeterred commitment of Governor Nasiru El-Rufa’i and his Deputy Arch. Barnabas Yusuf Bala towards service to Kaduna state, especially southern Kaduna.
The group identified three major projects including the Irish potatoes industry, solar energy project in Manchok and Nickel Mining in Dangoma, Jama’a local government as strides recorded by the present administration in the area.
“These should make southern Kaduna to be very grateful to the current Government of Kaduna state because of the huge employment and socio-economic development these will bring to the area,” it said.
The Statement then urged the people of Southern Kaduna to support the present government, irrespective of political party affiliation.
